Leinster find themselves on the cusp of a fifth European Cup but face a La Rochelle team under the guidance of an old foe, Ronan O'Gara in the final. Here's all the information you need to know ahead of the game, including how to buy Champions Cup final tickets.

When is Leinster v La Rochelle?

The game kicks off at 4:45pm on Saturday the 28th of May. The Stade Velodrome in Marseille is hosting the final.

How to buy Champions Cup final tickets?

Tickets are still available so fans can avoid using costly reselling websites. The cheapest tickets category 5, are sold out but category 4 to the top category are still in stock with prices ranging between €40 and €130.

You can buy tickets on these four different platforms; Ticket Master, Olympique de Marseille, Ligue Nationale de Rugby  or France Billet.

Travel to France

Getting to France may prove quite costly with the Challenge Cup final being played the night before and the UEFA Champions League final taking place on the same day in Paris. Flights with Ryanair from Dublin to Marseille are already sold out for the weekend of the final.

Flights with Aer Lingus departing Dublin on Saturday the 28th of May are also sold out.

Leo Cullen's side know this La Rochelle team well after being knocked out by Ronan O'Gara's side in the semifinal last year. Leinster come into the tie after overcoming defending champions Toulouse 40-17 while La Rochelle booked their place in the final after a 20-13 win against Racing 92.

La Rochelle are sitting in fourth place in the Top 14 standings after 14 wins from their 25 games.

It will be the first time La Rochelle have encountered non French opposition during the knockout stages. They beat Bordeaux Begles and Montpellier in previous rounds.

Leinster finished their URC campaign top of the table and will face Glasgow Warriors in the quarterfinal.

Caelan Doris, Josh Van Der Flier and James Lowe have all been nominated for EPCR Player of the Year after phenomenal campaigns donning the blue jersey. World Player of the Year Antoine Dupont and La Rochelle's Gregory Alldritt make up the rest of the nominations.
