An image of Devin Toner effortlessly dunking in the Chicago Bulls practise arena raised a smile from many Irish fans as we wait for a massive encounter between Ireland and New Zealand on Saturday.
The Irish rugby team were training out of the NBA team's base when the big man spotted a fantastic photo opportunity...

As great as that was, it soon got better.
Irish players' Instagram accounts are well worth following when they are away on tour, but Toner's produced an all-time classic after a relative saw the photo above and reminded Devin of a photo from his youth.
We've said before that having seen Toner's awkward teenage phase and where he is now, there's hope for us all...
