Irish rugby players Conor Murray and Jamie Heaslip took the Maxi Nutrition challenge to decide which of the two players is the strongest.
There were five challenges, each of which you can do too - or challenge your friend to decide who is stronger once and for all.
Challenge 1: Passing On A Swiss Ball
A challenge that will blast your core and your stability. Balancing on a swiss ball is great for your core, so adding difficult to that is a great challenge to try with friends.
Challenge 2: Hanging Challenge
(Probably don't try this at home)
Challenge 3: Plank
The classic plank challenge. A great one to fire at friends in the gym.
Challenge 4: Dumbell
What's the worst that could happen? You could do worse than the loser in this video:
Challenge 5: Maxi Up Challenge
Clearly the toughest challenge of the five. Press-up position, timed up and down where both players have to dig deep.
