Munster recorded a 45-20 victory over Connacht that keeps Munster in the hunt for the Pro12 playoffs, while Connacht now have a mountain to climb to beat Scarlets and Edinburgh into the 6th and final Champions Cup spot.
Munster are now just behind Ulster in 2nd despite both provinces being on 58 points, while Connacht are hanging onto 6th on points difference with an extremely tough run in to follow.
Billy Holland got Munster off the board with a try in the first half that ended 7-6. Duncan Casey's try off the bench in the second half from a maul put daylight between the sides.

Miah Nikora got a big slice of luck to bring Connacht back into things, and give them a chance of getting something out of the game:
Andrew Smith then danced over to end the game as a contest, before Denis Hurley put some gloss on the scoreline punishing a John Muldoon mistake:
Shane O'Leary and Keith Earls scored in the last two minutes for either side, and Munster come away with a bonus point win that gives them some breathing room ahead of Leinster and Ospreys in 4th and 5th.
