If you don't want to hear the sound of a man's arm breaking, you should probably turn away now.
Most rugby fans will remember former Australia winger Wendell Sailor, and absolute man-mountain to made the switch from rugby league to union for the purpose of boshing opposition wingers into the first few rows of pitch-side seats. Well, now he's back, and he's still a complete beast.
The Rugby League Show in Australia had Wendell on as a guest to take part in the 'Iron Arm Challenge' which is an event set up to raise money for charity, and a rather unfortunate incident occurred when Sailor took on fellow former NRL player Ben Ross, as in the middle of the arm-wrestle an audible snap could be heard and Sailor immediately jumped up and turned away from the stage.
The incident forced the Nine Network to cut to an adbreak, and Channel 9's Bed Fordham tweeted his reaction:
Massive drama just now on the NRL Footy Show. Looks like Ben Ross just snapped his arm during an arm wrestle. Looked awful. Poor bloke.

Watching back the footage it looks like his arm snaps. The sound is gut wrenching. Take a minute to drop @benross23 a get well message

It looked very painful, and very unfortunate. Let's hope he gets well soon.
