It looks like it'll be all change in Munster's backroom staff from next season. Johann 'Rassie' Erasmus is coming in to be the new director of rugby - which looks like it will spark an exodus of some of the current staff.
Mick O'Driscoll and assistant coach Ian Costello have both already confirmed their departure - whilst the future of backs coach Brian Walsh looks very uncertain.
While it's being widely reported that Erasmus is looking to bring in his favoured defense coach Jacques Nienaber, the Irish Independent is reporting that Erasmus is bringing in a former Munster favourite in to be the backs coach.
Felix Jones had to retire last season due to a serious spinal injury, and he was strongly rumoured to be offered a development coaching role within the province for next season. Now though, according to the Independent, Jones has emerged as Erasmus' preferred choice to be the backs coach.
Erasmus was impressed with Jones when he went around meeting the current players and staff. Given the problems with the inexperienced coaching staff already - it remains to be seen whether Munster fans would be happy or not with this move.
