Dan Cole has long been one of the best scrummaging tighthead's around. Here he gives an insight into how he operates along with Leicester hooker Tom Youngs and Northamton flanker Tom Wood. Many rugby fans enjoy the game but are baffled by what goes on at the scrum. Cole, Youngs and Wood do a decent job of explaining the basics in a pretty digestable manner for the casual fan.
