Due to a knee injury picked up during Saturday evening's PRO12 final, Luke Fitzgerald has been ruled out of Ireland's three-match tour of South Africa next month.

At a press conference today - where new defence coach Andy Farrell also met the media - Joe Schmidt said that Fitzgerald would likely be replaced by a Connacht player.
A tweet from the IRFU, which was subsequently deleted, would suggest that player to be Matt Healy. Joe Schmidt also said that Healy was 'in contention' to replace the Leinster winger and that a decision would be made this evening.
The IRFU confirm that Matt Healy has been called up, then they delete the tweet.. all very strange

Healy was electrifying in Saturday's game against Leinster. It was his searing break which set up Connacht's opening try. He also dotted down for his side's third try of the game when he got on the end of AJ McGinty's precise grubber.
