Ardscoil Rís bowed out of the Munster Senior Schools Cup after a 48 - 12 semi-final loss against CBC, but their performance came with the now customary monstrous carry and try from number 8, Daniel Okeke.
Okeke has made waves already in the tournament after some impressive early showings, including a sensational try in the quarter-final.

Okeke added another stand-out effort today in Musgrave Park. The Limerick school ran a clever scrum strike play that saw a back fill in at the scrum so that the number 8 could run a blindside line and receive the ball. Okeke stepped into the offensive line while the rest of the forwards packed down and received the ball from his openside flanker, positioned at the back of the scrum.
There was no stopping him from there.
WATCH: Always pleasing for rugby coach when pre-rehearsed move from training pitch is perfectly executed on gameday as happened for @ArdscoilRisLimk today in scoring their first try v CBC in Munster Schools Senior Cup semi-final at Musgrave Park #LLSport @Limerick_Leader #MSSC pic.twitter.com/1sEurNyvkZ

As for the tournament itself, the final will be an all-Cork affair this St Patrick’s Day with Christians set to face PBC or Bandon Grammar School.
