62 minutes into Munster's huge win against Glasgow on Saturday evening, Conor Murray lay on the ground receiving medical attention. That attention had been necessary after the Munster scrum-half was knocked to the ground following an attempted tackle on Glasgow second row Tim Swinson.
Following a delay in play, Murray was allowed to continue. As he appeared to have been briefly knocked out cold, it was surprising that Murray was not sent for a Head Injury Assessment.
Three minutes later, Murray was sent for a HIA. That came after a phase in play where Murray was involved in a tackle which sent his head jarring backwards.
As Murray left the field for the HIA, Glasgow fans began booing the 27-year-old. It was certainly a strange reaction given that the player leaving the field was possibly suffering from a concussion. Murray did return to the field five minutes later.
They're booing an injured guy standing up? Strange place #GLAvMUN

Murray had been targeted all evening by the Glasgow defence. He was subject to a series of borderline late hits, often as he boxkicked from behind a ruck.
