Connacht have confirmed the acquisition for four players ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Sammy Arnold and Conor Oliver move to the Sportsground from Munster while Jack Aungier and Oisin Dowling join from Leinster.
They will complete their moves to the province on July 1st. Arnold, Dowling and Aungier have signed two-year deals.
24-year-old centre Arnold made 44 appearances for Munster since moving to Thomond Park from Ulster in 2016. He made his Ireland debut against USA in 2018.
Oliver, a versatile back row who can play at blindside, openside and number eight, is also 24. He has played 28 times for Munster since making his debut in 216.
21-year-old prop Aungier made his Leinster debut in November and has made five Pro14 appearances in all.
Dowling, a 22-year-old 6' 5" second row, has played six times for the Leinster senior team over the past two years.
"In Sammy, Conor, Oisin and Jack we have secured the signings of four very talented and promising young Irish rugby players," said Connacht head coach Andy Friend.
"They each have unique skillsets which will enhance our squad for next season and beyond, and will allow us to continue to grow as a program. We’re all looking forward to welcoming them to The Sportsground and integrating them into our playing squad."
