Munster welcomed the Ospreys to Irish Independent Park today in what is new Head Coach Johann van Graan’s first home game in charge.
The Red Army look set for a third PRO14 win-in-a-row with the score 24-5 at halftime. Munster's third try was particularly striking after some exceptional quick-thinking from Chris Cloete.
Having made a break and been tackled, Cloete released the ball, stood up, recollected it and ran in for a super try. After some initial confusion, referee Ben Whitehouse allowed the try as there had been no ruck formed after the tackle.
South African Cloete fully deserved his try after a monstrous first-half performance. The 26-year-old is a superb breakdown workhorse and a willing ball-carrier.
The game is currently live on Sky Sports Action.
