CJ Stander pulling Jerry Flannery along with the power of a bull pulling a kid on a skateboard had onlooking Munster fans in stitches.
He's a serious beast of a man, is CJ Stander. The power in his legs was evident during a couple of his bursting runs on Saturday as Munster overcame Racing 92 by 22 points to 10 in the Champions Cup at Thomond Park and Stander picked up another Man of the Match award.
CJ Stander's Man of the Match stats are MIND-BOGGLING

Jerry Flannery is no slouch either. You don't carve out a career as a international rugby player if you are and Flannery's position of hooker was particularly requiring of leg power.
So it was fascinating to watch footage of Flannery helping Stander warm up before the match. Flannery is still in great nick and was restricting Stander's movement with a band while Stander tried to burst forwards on all fours.
It's fair to say that Stander got the upper hand, much to the delight of the crowd watching on.

It's clearly something they do often: here is Flannery utilising the same technique with Stander before the away match against Glasgow last week. Note how two men are needed to hold back the South African.
Remarkable.
