On the day he announced his retirement, we remember one of our favourite CJ Stander days
Putting a microphone on players during games has often appeared a little gimmicky. It's also regularly a letdown.
That was not the case in 2016 though when Sky Sports put a mic on Munster's CJ Stander in his side's win against Edinburgh.
It really showed Stander's influence as a leader on the pitch. At one point he gives a little bit of encouragement to fellow backrow Jack O'Donoghue.
Jack, Jack - that seven, he's got nothing. He doesn't want to tackle you. He only wants to go for the ball.
We also seen his insatiable appetite for ball carrying when he asks Ian Keatley 'Do you want me to carry that? Hit me if you want'.
