Take Leinster's hardest quiz to be in with a chance of winning a massive prize
Cian Healy is getting very close to proving his full fitness ahead of the Rugby World Cup. It's looking increasingly likely that the work and effort of Healy and the IRFU's medical staff is going to mean that Healy will be able to play a part in Ireland's World Cup campaign.
Healy is getting over neck surgery from last May, and Les Kiss revealed that Healy has been increasing his participation in training this week - but that a final decision on his fitness will not be made until Schmidt selects his 31-man squad this Sunday.
Cian is gradually being exposed to more and more rugby and he did a lot in the session today. I did some personnel work with him at the end of the session around the contact area so some positive results coming through there.
We want to give Cian as much time as possible. It’s funny because each hour matters for Cian at the moment and we’ve got people working in the rehab things.
He did more in the session today which is promising but we need to get it from the medics on that one.
Kiss referred to Healy's world class ability and that he isn't someone who needs to prove themselves in a warm up game for selection. Schmidt will give Healy as much time as he can to allow Healy to prove his fitness.
In other positive injury news - Andrew Trimble looks set to be involved in Ireland's team against Wales in the final game before the squad is picked. Trimble picked up a foot injury in the last game against Wales but retains his hopes being involved in the World Cup.
Martin Moore's foot injury means that he is still in a moon boot, but Kiss said that he will try to train on Thursday in an attempt to play some part in the Wales game on Saturday.
