The Six Nations are on at the moment and there have been some fairly outstanding scores on display, none more so than some of the phenomenal efforts from Ireland against Italy at the weekend, including Craig Gilroy's sensational effort after gathering a kick from CJ Stander, of all people.
But it's not all about the top level when you're looking to see incredible tries. Gonzaga college showed that with a stunning try against Roscrea this week in the Leinster Schools Cup. And now Cardiff Metropolitan University have done the same in their game against Glynneath.
A decent kick forward looks like it's going to gain some territory but basically just get the Met winger Corey Whane smashed, but he shows incredible hands to flick it inside - before his centre Luke Northmore outdoes him with a seriously deft flick-up to get himself in for the try.
Cardiff Met try
WOW!
Overhead, no-look tap-back for silky pick-up & try.
