There will be no shortage of key matchups on the pitch when Leinster face LaRochelle this weekend. As the two best teams in European rugby in recent times, their squads possess quite a few top class players.
The Irish province have struggled against their French counterparts in recent seasons, being eliminated by them in the Champions Cup in each of the last three seasons. In saying that, they did win the pool stage meeting between the sides earlier in the current campaign.
Hopes will be high that this victory will finally allow Leinster to get over their hoodoo against Ronan O'Gara's side, although Saturday's quarter-final is sure to be a very different occasion.

Rugby: Caelan Doris keen to pit his wits against La Rochelle Star
When it comes to potentially decisive players in this fixture, it is difficult to look beyond the no. 8s in both sides.
Caelan Doris has quickly established himself as one of the best players in world rugby in that role, although he is set to come up against someone who has held that status for a number of seasons now.
Gregory Alldritt has been a driving force behind the successes of both La Rochelle and France in recent times, now acting as captain of both teams.
Speaking to RTÉ, Doris admitted that he admired the French star and was keen to pit his wits against the 27-year old this weekend.
He's got a very varied skill set. He's obviously a very good ball carrier, gives them a lot of go forward ball. He's capable of keeping the ball alive and getting the ball, getting his hands free and getting their running game going, sparking that for them.
He's a bit of a menace in defense and slows the ball down for us quite a bit and makes himself a nuisance, gets a lot of turnovers. He's obviously their leader and a bit of a talisman for them as well.
He's a man that we're going to have to be aware of and try and negate some of his threats.
And for me, him being in the same position, he's someone who I would have watched quite a bit. We've had a few encounters now between La Rochelle and France, so he's a player I respect hugely and I've learned things from myself, but also relish getting to go up against him.
Whoever comes out on top in that battle could go a long way towards deciding the outcome of this particular fixture.
It should make for a cracking game of rugby.
