The Heineken Cup ended on Saturday with one of the flattest finals in its 20 year history, as Bernard Laporte's Toulon machine utterly dismantled a lamentable Saracens team, who were lucky to get as far as they did. With the game dribbling towards its inevitable conclusion, Habana chose to rile the Nigel Owens' of this world by attempting to get Saracens fly-half Owen Farrell a sin-binning by flouncing to the ground after a late but hardly shuddering shoulder charge.
Despite the usual baying for blood that occurs whenever there's a close-up of Owen Farrell's twitching and snarling face, even the most hardened Farrell hater would have to admit that Habana went down easy.
Anyway, Habana took to twitter today to to apologise for his unsightly theatrics.
