The All Blacks official Facebook page lent its support to injured Canadian rugby player Judah Campbell.
Judah, who plays scrum half for British Columbia side Kelowna Crows RFC, broke his neck in a match last month, suffering severe spinal cord damage which resulted in paralysis from the neck down.
Initially Campbell was unable to move his arms below the elbow and lost feelings in his legs. His C4 and C5 vertebrae had broken, requiring fusion surgery with plates and screws. Irreparable damage was suffered to Judah's spinal cord and he experienced difficulty breathing.
Amazingly, Judah has slowly regained his strength, with numerous videos and photos being posted to Youtube documenting his recovery. His family and girlfriend set up a Facebook page which follows his status and is well worth a look.

A fundraising website has been established to help contribute to the enormous cost of Judah's medical expenses and is available here, raising over $40,000 so far.
New Zealand Maori were in Toronto last week for their North American tour opener against Canada where the inspirational story was brought to the union's attention.
