Leinster have lost their first ever regular season home game under Leo Cullen after a shock 17-15 loss against Treviso tonight.
A superb Tommaso Allan performance drove the Italian side to an unlikely win. His opportunistic try after a poor Jack McGrath error ultimately proved the difference.

It was not a night to remember for Leinster's under-strength outfit. Sean O'Brien was replaced at half-time having felt his shoulder on several occasions during the opening exchanges. Their back three were exposed immediately after the break and Federico Ruzza capitalised to score.

Leo Cullen's side have a European Champions Cup semi-final on the horizon in a game that should see sweeping changes.

Even the 2nd string should be playing better than this. A very poor performance from Leinster. Well done @BenettonRugby #LEIvBEN

#LEIvBEN can't argue with any of this. Italians deserving of an historic win, if it happens

The result marks the latest in a run of strong showings for the Italians, who could now finish above Ulster in Conference B.
