At half-time, Worcester trailed by 16 points. In the end, they won by 2. It took 19 minutes of extra-time, three yellow cards and a red, but Bath were felled at the death in dramatic circumstances.
A last-gasp try from Bryce Heem proved the difference, but Bath only had three backs and a scrum-half to defend off the scrum. Max Lahiff, Lucas Noguera and Aled Brew all saw the bin for infringing as Worcester relentlessly pounded the line. Earlier in the game, Ross Batty also received a red card for a tip tackle.
In the end it was left to Duncan Weir to land the crucial conversion and he duly delivered.
