One of them is though and that's John Lacey. Total Rugby went behind the scenes at a recent IRB referees' fitness camp and captured some of the tests which they undergo on film.
The former Munster winger turned ref beat out some not so tough competition from Craig Joubert, Wayne Barnes, Nigel Owens and Steve Walsh amongst others.
