On Friday night, ten years to the day after Munster won their first Heineken Cup, Alan Quinlan appeared on the Late Late Show.

The former Munster player spoke about his move into punditry and the trouble that comes with mixing his new career with old allegiances.
Quinlan also addressed his battle with anxiety down the years and how he was coped with mental health issues.
It was a brief segment of his interview with Ryan Tubridy, but one for which he received plenty of praise.
