Chris Henry Return

Nothing like some news like this to start your Friday morning. Ireland and Ulster Rugby flanker Chris Henry is making a return to rugby tonight.

Henry suffered a mini stroke after waking up feeling weak on the morning of Ireland's November test with South Africa, has been out of rugby for the four months since.

It was scary news for all concerned, and is extremely pleasing news to hear that he will be the "A.N. Other" that was named on the Ulster bench for tonight's game against Cardiff. Head coach Neil Doak had given Henry extra time to be ready for the game, Ulster have now declared that Henry will take his spot on the Ulster bench

It's brilliant news for one of Ireland's key performers from Ireland's 2014 Six Nations campaign, and one man that Joe Schmidt rates very highly with the World Cup coming up.

The match also sees Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding return from injury as the provincial season starts to wind to a close.
