Ireland managed to overtake the points difference targets set for them by Wales, but now it'll be an agonising wait to see what England can do against France.

But boy they made it close. Will it be enough? Here's how the boys in green rated.
Ireland Player Ratings v Scotland
15. Rob Kearney 7
Made one howler that lead to Scotland's try, but was more effective in attack than he had been.
14. Tommy Bowe 7.5
Like many others, he grew into the game. Had one outstanding take in the air, and ran well, especially when Payne started to influence things.
13. Jared Payne 8.5
The first rate Irish centre had a super second half scoring a try and cutting through the Scottish defence.
12. Robbie Henshaw 7.5
Another good game for Henshaw, and the Connacht outside centre was one of the stars of the tournament.
11. Luke Fitzgerald 7.5
Nice outing on his first Irish start in four years - had you heard of that one before? Took awhile, but started linking well with Henshaw.
10. Johnny Sexton 8
Proved that last week's showing was just a blip. Missed two big kicks, but turned it around.
9. Conor Murray 7.5
Grew into the game, had one delightful kick to touch, and was much improved from last week.
1. Cian Healy 8
Proved those who questioned the dropping of McGrath wrong by showing he was ready. Big performance in the loose and at scrumtime.
2. Rory Best 6
He seems to have lost confidence from last week's showing in the lineout. Not as bad, but an ordinary performance based on his lofty standards.
3. Mike Ross 7
Did well in the scrum, and had a decent shift in his 45 minutes.
4. Devin Toner 7
Such was his impressive tournament that this showing was possibly his worst. Unfortunately for him, Iain Henderson is growing. If Best has the throwing yips, Toner's effectiveness is reduced.
5. Paul O'Connell 8.5
Started things off with a captain's try for Ireland and never stopped from there.
6. Peter O'Mahony 9
As Ryle said, when O'Mahony's name is mentioned a lot, it shows how much Ireland are on top. Had one outstanding take in the air.
7. Sean O'Brien 9
Back to his ballasting best. Tore the Scottish defense a new one. Was a lovely move for his first try. Big performance.
8. Jamie Heaslip 8.5
What a tackle to prevent Stuart Hogg's try. Damn.
16. Sean Cronin 7
Always provides a big impact from the bench. Making a reputation for being a supersub.
17. Jack McGrath 6
Felt it was harsh that he was dropped. Doesn't have the same impact from the bench that Healy has.
18. Martin Moore 7.5
Was dominant in the scrum when he came on. One of his best performances in an Irish jersey.
19. Iain Henderson 6
Didn't have the impact he usually has.
20. Jordi Murphy 6
Not on long enough really.
22. Ian Madigan 6
That missed kick. How crucial can it be?
