Ireland's Six Nations has suffered a blow before it's even started. Sean O'Brien's 14 month has appeared to caused him to pick up a hamstring injury. He's now been confirmed as out with Tommy O'Donnell coming in straight at openside flanker, with the travelling extra Robbie Diack moving to the bench.
