Munster look set to miss out on another high profile target with Rob Horne looking set to stay in Australia.
Rob Horne Rejects Munster
Fairfax Media in Australia are reporting that 25 year old Horne is set to reject Munster's advances in favour of recommitting to the Waratahs and Australia, in the hope of adding to his Super Rugby title and 25 Wallaby caps.
The Waratahs winger/centre was heavily courted by Munster, and the need for centres in the southern province has been increased thanks to Hanrahan's departure. It's an area that Munster seem to be struggling in this season, and this set back will be devastating for Foley and Munster.
Munster will now have to look elsewhere with Keith Earls, Denis Hurley, Ivan Dineen, Cian Bohane and Andrew Smith the only options for Foley in the centre of the backline.
