Fresh from visiting the Irish rugby squad last week, South African legend and MND sufferer Joost van der Westhuizen appeared on BT Sport last night.
Joost's story is an inspiring one, and he appeared on 'Rugby Tonight' to raise awareness about his J9 foundation that is raising money and awareness for MND. MND is the disease that was brought firmly into the public domain with the Ice Bucket Challenge that surged in popularity earlier in 2014.
Joost is one of South Africa's most celebrated players, and the scrumhalf was an inspirational figure in South Africa's RWC triumph in 1995. The video below shows him tackling the supposedly unstoppable Jonah Lomu.
