The Welsh legend Shane Williams has retired from rugby after a number of seasons playing in the Japanese Top League. Now that he has retired, he'll have a lot more time to give attention to his spectacular beard, which is 1/4 the size of the wee man himself. Here at balls HQ, we salute the diminutive winger, who showed us that ability is a lot more important than size when playing rugby to the highest levels.
