Nottingham Forest first-team coach Steven Reid has been given a two-match ban and £5,000 fine after being found guilty of misconduct by the FA.
Earlier this month, there were unsavoury scenes at the end of Nottingham Forest's late defeat at home to Liverpool. While the game should have been remembered for Darwin Nunez's 99th minute winner, it was referee Paul Tierney's decision making which grabbed headlines.
The sense of euphoria around the Liverpool team was met with quite the opposite from Forest.
During stoppage time, Paul Tierney correctly stopped play for a head injury in the Liverpool box while Nottingham Forest had possession, but instead of giving the ball back to the hosts upon the restart, Liverpool were given the ball and eventually went on to score.
This led to the whole Forest bench and even their owner Evangelos Marinakis confronting the referee at full time.

Former Ireland international Steven Reid was sent off after the final whistle, and despite his protests seeming rather calm in comparison to his colleagues, he was shown a red card.
Referee Paul Tierney has revealed what he heard that day, and he claims the former Ireland international has some choice words for him.

Steven Reid: 'It's the same every week you c**t'
In The Times today, there's an excerpt from the ruling against Reid which includes sections from Paul Tierney's post-match referee report.
Paul Tierney gave his account on what happened to the FA in this statement.
He asked me about a decision and I said to him that I will speak to him inside and not outside on the field of play. He then continued to question me and I repeated that I would speak to him inside.
He then said, ‘It’s the same every week, you c**t’. I showed him the red card and then he said, ‘I worked with you f***ing lot every f***ing week last season. It’s the same every f***ing week you c**t’. He then continued to use the word f**k and called me a c**t on at least one more occasion (making that a minimum of three in total) as we were making our way off the field of play.
Though Reid denied he'd made the statements, the charge was proven. Reid has since apologised for his actions. The club were also fined £75,000 for failing to control both players and staff in the aftermath.
Nottingham Forest have picked up just one point from their past four Premier League outings and after suffering a four-point penalty deduction, they're sitting in the relegation zone.
