Chelsea have spent big this summer, but as of yet, there have been few outgoings from the club. That looks likely to change before the end of the window.
The likes of Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell, and Hakim Ziyech have all arrived at Stamford Bridge, resulting in what looks like somewhat of a bloated squad. Those players will all play a big part for Chelsea this season, meaning others will have their playing time cut.
One player the club appear willing to cash in on is Kurt Zouma. The Frenchman started Chelsea's first two Premier League games of the season, scoring in the win over Brighton. However, he was not part of the squad for the recent game against West Brom, with Thiago Silva making his debut.
According to French outlet Le10 Sport, both Everton and Leicester City are lining up moves for Kurt Zouma before the end of the transfer window.
Chelsea are said to be open to offers, with a fee of around £36million thought to be enough to convince them to part ways with the 25-year old.
Those two clubs have been in the market for a centre back, with Leicester heavily linked with a move for James Trakowski. Everton are also keen to strengthen in this area and have had Zouma on loan in the past.
The Frenchman is likely to find himself behind the likes of Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, and Thiago Silva in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
With a place in the France squad for the next summer's European Championships up for grabs, we imagine he would not want to spend the upcoming months sitting on the bench.
