Jurgen Klopp has told rival fans that they "wish" they could win the Carabao Cup, amid some online mocking of Liverpool's celebrations.
The Liverpool players and supporters have been enjoying the 1-0 extra-time victory over Chelsea at Wembley, which was achieved with a number of inexperienced youngsters in the Reds side.
Up against an expensive Chelsea team that were labelled "blue billion pound jobs" by Gary Neville on commentary, the victory feels all the more special for Liverpool fans, as it has been perceived as marking the beginning of the post-Klopp generation of Anfield talent.
The celebrations spilled out of Wembley and into the world of social media, where timelines have been filled with content paying tribute to "Klopp's Kids".
This has irked some people though, who feel that Liverpool are over-celebrating their success in English football's secondary cup competition, even if it could be the first leg of a quadruple that would see their departing manager leave in style at the end of the season.

Jurgen Klopp sends message to rival fans
Klopp isn't paying attention to these critics though, basically telling rival supporters that they could only dream of lifting the League Cup, a trophy he and has team has now won twice in the past three years.
"I know that fans of other clubs will say it's just the Carabao Cup and stuff like this, yeah, yeah, yeah," Klopp said after the game.
"But you wish you would be here so come here and and play a game like that against an opponent like that, and deserve to win it... that's super-special."
Klopp's eyes are now fixed on adding the Premier League and FA Cup to the Carabao Cup this season, as well as winning the Europa League final at Dublin's Aviva Stadium in May.
However, the German added that feels nobody else wants them to win it all, and used the scheduling of their upcoming FA Cup fifth round ties with Southampton as an example.

Jurgen Klopp: "Nobody wants to see a quadruple"
"Nobody wants to see a quadruple, that's why they put the next round of the FA Cup just three days after a final. We have no clue who can line up on Wednesday. Maybe Southampton will benefit from that."
Klopp has long been known to complain about fixture congestion but it's unclear what he wants in this case. If the Southampton game was pushed as far back as Thursday, then that would affect their next Premier League game against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Still, the Klopp farewell tour goes on, and you wouldn't bet against Liverpool fans annoying rivals with their trophy celebrations on at least one more occasion this season.
