We're just days away from the next installment of 'All Or Nothing: Arsenal' and if the first three episodes are anything to go by, it will make for great viewing. In episode three, we were introduced to one of Mikel Arteta's backroom staff, Carlos Cuesta.
Cuesta seems to have a great relationship with the Arsenal squad and the fact that he speaks six different languages, helps new players settle in very easily.

There's a scene in episode three where Cuesta sits down with Arsenal new boy Nuno Tavares. The Portuguese left back had endured a mixed start to his time at the Emirates and when Cuesta sat down to meet with Tavares, the player opened up.
Speaking on the impact Cuesta has, Tavares said:
"Carlos, he can understand players because he's young too. He helps me to get better and improve."
Tavares says this after he sits down with Cuesta. The development coach asks Tavares why some days he performs so well and then other days he does not show his potential.

Nuno Tavares had just transferred to Arsenal from his boyhood club Benfica for £7 million and spoke at the start of the episode about the difficulties players face when leaving home for a different league and culture.

When asked if it was hard for him to leave home, Nuno said:
"Yeah, a little bit, but I keep strong here for them.
"People are different (here) than in Portugal, so I try to give everything to the club.

"I felt so proud of me to start on (my) Premier League debut. I'm waiting for this moment again."
At the age of just 27, Carlos Cuesta already holds a UEFA Coaching License and has worked at Juventus and Atletico Madrid in the past.
With the era of football constantly progressing and changing, having figures like Cuesta who can concentrate on getting the best out of each individual player is a huge advantage for Mikel Arteta.
