Pat Hickey, 'probably the top ranked Irish sports administrator in the world of international sport' is under house arrest in a Rio hospital tonight, but the Dubliner has proven his Olympian mettle before and like the judo king he is, surely Hickey will not be chopped down by such trivialities as the law of Brazil.
