The 2024 Olympics has come and gone but it will remain a memorable one after Team Ireland landed a staggering medal haul.
The event marked Ireland's most successful ever Olympic games, the team of athletes claiming a total of seven medals across multiple different sporting disciplines.
Team Ireland has brought home four gold medals to go with three bronze, Kellie Harrington retaining her boxing gold while rowers Paul O'Donovan and Fintan McCarthy also added to their collection.
Swimmer Daniel Wiffen and gymnast Rhys McClenaghan also won the top prizes on offer, with Mona McSharry, rowers Philip Doyle and Daire Lynch and Wiffen again winning bronze.
Of course, it was a wider team effort and those who traveled were welcomed home by 20,000 people on Dublin's O'Connell Street on Monday afternoon.
