The Rio Olympics have nearly reached their conclusion but before Team Ireland board their plane home there are few more medals up for grabs.
Leona Maguire is in contention for a medal in the ladies golf, entering round three tied for third with Amy Yang of South Korea. Stephanie Meadow will also take part.
The final of the men's 50km walk will also (eventually) be concluded today, with Brendan Boyce, Robert Heffernan and Alex Wright among those in contention.
Natalya Coyle is up again today on the pentathlon too, taking in swimming and fencing.
Irish In Action - Day Fourteen (All times listed are Irish times)
Golf, Ladies Round 3 - Leona Maguire and Stephanie Meadow -- 11.30am
It's the penultimate round for the ladies in Rio and Leona Maguire is well positioned to place on the podium. A strong round today will put her in contention in the final round and, when there, anything is possible.
50k Walk, Final - Brendan Boyce, Robert Heffernan and Alex Wright -- 12.00pm
Rob Heffernan is Ireland's best medal hope here, though Boyce and Wright do stand a chance of placing in the top 20. Keep your eye on Heffernan though, if he's in contention towards the end you could see him putting the cherry on top of a wonderful career by turning on the jets in Rio.
Women's Pentathlon (Swimming & Fencing) - Natalya Coyle -- 4pm & 6pm
Currently ranked 12th, a strong showing from Natalya in the swimming and fencing and who knows what could happen. Remember, she finished 9th overall in London so the class is there - it's just whether the timing of the Rio Games was right.
