Thousands lined the streets of Dublin to welcome home their hometown hero.
Kellie Harrington and Emmett Brennan were standing tall in an open top bus that paraded through Dublin's north inner city.
The scenes were incredible, as people of all ages carried signs and flags in celebration of their local gold medalist.
None more prouder than her native Portland Row, which she looped around in the bus to the adoration of hundreds of locals in a ring of cheers and chants.
