Pairc Ui Chaoimh is set to open in June 2017. The stadium is the second GAA ground to be in possession of its own twitter account after Netwatch Dr. Cullen Park in Carlow.
(NOTE: Apologies, that was Croke Park).
The old Pairc Ui Chaoimh was opened in 1976 and was regarded by many as a frumpy and divisive old bird.
"As charmless a slab of concrete as has ever been poured," according to the Cork-born Irish Times columnist Brian O'Connor, writing before the last Munster hurling final played there in 2014.
This one looks a bit more glamorous and new-agey. Take the tour here.
A venue capable of hosting an All-Ireland semi-final?
