The status of former/perhaps still WWE wrestler CM Punk has been gossiped about on an almost daily basis on dirt sheets but the longest reigning WWE champion of the modern era seems to have fully retired after saying in an interview that he can never see himself returning to wrestling.

Punk co-hosted the AP Music Aawards last night and spoke to American TV at the event, dismissing any hope of a return.
Say it ain't so Punk! I still wouldn't bet against him returning sooner or later.
