The storied and often vicious rivalry between College Football powerhouses Alabama and Auburn had possibly its most incredible chapter ever written into its history late last night. With the game tied at 28 each, Alabama chose to kick a field goal from 57 yards with one second remaining to win it. The field goal fell short and wide and into the hands of Auburn's Chris Davis who promptly returned it 109 yards to win the game. The loss halts Alabama's attempt to win 3 consecutive National Championships and sends Auburn into the SEC Championship game next week. This is pretty much as dramatic a major sporting event can get.
