Usain Bolt Is Back, Sort Of

Usain Bolt ran competitively for what seemed like first time since Berlin last night (first time since last August actually), at the Diamond League in Rome last night. What does it say about Bolt's ability that a 9.91 winning time is totally underwhelming? Asafa Powell in lane 6 nearly held him off.
