The UFC has had some awful luck with main events in recent times, and those fears were ratcheted up over the weekend after Jon Jones received a ticket for dragracing in New Mexico.

Jones had accrued a number of traffic violations, which presents a problem for him (and the UFC) since he is currently on probation in relation to a 2015 felony hit-and-run. There were fears in the UFC community that Jones could be sent to prison on the back of the dragracing incident but a judge in New Mexico today has ruled that Jones must instead take on a curfew and embark upon driving lessons and anger management courses. According to Sherdog.com, he will also have to do 60 hours of community service.

Jones is slated to fight Daniel Cormier at UFC 197, and it seems today's court ruling means he'll be able to be in Vegas for 23 April.
