You know when you're trying to cross the road and you think to yourself 'I could make it before that car'? Well I can only presume a similar thought crossed the mind of this man at the Tramore Races.

He appears to be a steward and he's definitely an eejit after he gravely misjudged the time he had to cross the track before the She's The Fastest and co. came galloping.
