Two crazy moments that caught our eye from the other side of the Atlantic.
First, this brilliant image from game two of the American League Championship Series in which the Boston Red Sox made an improbable comeback against the Detroit Tigers.
With the Red Sox 5-1 down, David Ortiz hit a 'Grand Slam' four-run homer that tied the game and sent the Tigers' Torii Hunter flipping over the Fenway Park wall as he attempted to catch the ball, while Sox fans - including one excited police officer - went wild all round him.
The other story came from the NFL, where Tom Brady threw a last gasp touchdown to Kenbrell Thompkins as the New England Patriots beat the New Orleans Saints.
This segment of radio commentary was absolutely insane, with one of the announcers seemingly just stringing together whatever words came to him.

"UNICORNS...SHOW PONIES...WHERE'S THE BEEF?" I think he summed up all our thoughts there. Here's Brady's game-winning pass.
And here's a graph that tells the story of the game, by mapping the probability of either side winning throughout.
