Tinder use has gone through the roof in the Olympic village in Sochi.
Gold medal winning snowboarder Jamie Anderson told US Weekly that tinder is the app of choice for her and the other female athletes at the games.
"Tinder!" Anderson told Us with a laugh about the dating app. "Tinder in the Olympic Village is next level. It's all athletes! In the mountain village it's all athletes. It's hilarious. There are some cuties on there."
During the London Olympics, there was a great deal of talk about how the Olympic village was one big fortnight long sex party. 150,000 condoms were distributed to athletes before they arrived at the Olympic village. And US 'soccer goal tender' extraordinaire, Hope Solo, blurted out that the Beijing Olympic Village was a bit of a sex festival.
Not to mention the 1970s, when competitive sex could have become an Olympic sport (we're not sure how far the proposal to have it in the games got. Surely further than darts).
