This is the letter you get when the NFL fines you $5,250 for wearing the wrong apparel.

Tarell Brown, a cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers wore red undergarment sleeves during the 49ers games against the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. This earned Brown a $5,250 fine as NFL rules state that all players must wear the same colour sleeves on game day.

Brown posted the picture of the letter to Instagram including the information needed to login to a website to initiate an appeal of the fine.
