David O'Doherty will surely be making a bigger name for himself in the Shtates thanks to his brilliant appearance on Conan last night.

The Dublin comedian is renowned for his funny songs that aren't really songs but kind of are, and last night was no different, as he wooed the crowd with his dulcet tones.

I presume O'Doherty decided the US audience wouldn't get the reference if he sang his brilliant Grand Designs song so instead went for a lament on life.
