The Irish boxing high performance squad landed in Kazakhstan yesterday for ten days of intense training and cultural immersion ahead of a double-header in May against France. Thankfully, they all have internet access and they've spent their first 24 hours in the country tweeting about their temporary home. The 'sad sacks' may have brought down the Joyce feud videos, but that hasn't stopped the lads from entertaining. Sounds like the food in Astana isn't great.
