Amazing finish to this college football game.
Utah lead 24-21 when BYU completed a long pass to put themselves within field goal range. Instead of attempting the kick, BYU tried to advance the ball a little further but the pass went out of bounds. The Utah fans stormed the field but it turned out there had been 1 second left on the clock when the ball had gone out of bounds.
The field had to be cleared. BYU attempted a field goal but it was blocked, however the holder had picked the ball up and tried to advance it, meaning it was still a live ball. The Utah fans had stormed the field again when the kick was blocked but because the ball was live when they did so a 15 yard penalty was enforced giving BYU another chance to kick the field goal within even closer range.
