Back in the late 80s and early 90s, when the NFL was dominated by the NFC, the Bud Bowl was often more exciting than the main event. A gimmicky simulated football game between beer bottles, the Bud Bowl, for reasons I still can't really place, was always incredibly dramatic to watch as a child. With time, I learned that both Bud and Bud Light are shit. Regardless, I give you the best 3 moments from Bud Bowl history.
3. Enter The Illuminator

With the brand flagging, celebrities Corbin Bernsen and Ahmad Rashad are introduced to revive the product. Bud Dry makes some nice plays, but the big game changer is the arrival of The Illuminator. Bud wins.
2. Yeehaw Billy Bud!
The Freezer, the so-called Appliance of Defiance, thrives in blizzard-like conditions, and Bobby Bud scores a late touchdown late on. Bud wins.
